Last weekend, the annual Cherry Blossom Festival kicked off in Washington, DC. I was down at the Tidal Basin to shoot my friend Liz and snapped some shots before and after our shoot. This was the first time I’ve been back to DC with my new Canon DSLR and I brought my (small) collection of lenses with me to capture different types of shots. I really enjoy the Cherry Blossoms every year and experiencing spring first hand. Below are some highlights of my shoot- check out my Washington DC Flickr album for more!
